How accurate is the estimate?

It is built from the site's rankings and the search volume of each term, so it moves with rankings. It is usually within a factor of two of real analytics and is far better for comparing two sites than for auditing one.

Why is my traffic shown as zero?

The site ranks for no measurable terms in that country's database yet. Try another country, or check the site is indexed.
