What does a credit buy?
Real data. A scan is one credit for every two businesses it scores, minimum five. A verified owner contact is 2 credits, charged only when a real address lands. A video proposal is 25 credits, returned if the film cannot be built. Audit pages, booking, the pipeline and sequences cost nothing beyond the plan.
Do leads, proposals and site audits share the same credits?
Yes. The numbers on each card are ceilings: Agency's 500 credits are 200 leads, or 20 proposals, or 20 site audits, or any mix in between. Most agencies spend a month on a scan or two, a handful of contacts and the videos for the leads worth it.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing breaks. Scans, contacts and videos wait until the next month's credits arrive, or you move up a plan and the difference is granted straight away. Everything already built stays live.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from Settings, Plan and billing. A change applies straight away: the difference is charged or credited on your card and the new credits land the same day. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your pages keep working. You can pause or resume there too.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly is ten months for twelve on every paid plan: Starter \$490, Agency \$990, Scale \$1,990 a year. Yearly plans top up their credits once a year.
Can I buy more credits without upgrading?
Yes. One-time top-ups go straight into your balance and never expire: 250 credits for \$29, 600 for \$59, 1,500 for \$129. Buy them from the Upgrade page or Settings.
How do I pay?
Checkout is a secure popup from FastSpring, our payment partner, by card or PayPal. Your invoice comes from FastSpring by email, and Settings, Plan and billing is where you change, pause or cancel.
