You are responsible for how you contact prospects and for complying with applicable email and marketing laws in your jurisdiction, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and similar rules.
Accounts are created with Google sign-in. Credits are consumed by scans and contact unlocks as shown in the app. Purchased credits and subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Unused monthly credits roll over up to two times your monthly allowance.
Do not resell raw data, scrape the service, or use it to send unlawful communication. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt to circumvent limits.
The service is provided as is. Estimates such as traffic value are directional and not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
