Contact Finder

Find the business owner email address, not the info@ inbox

SellSEO reads their own site, searches the public web for named people, ranks whoever is worth writing to, and verifies the address before it charges you anything.

One credit per unlock, and only when a verified contact actually lands.

Why it matters

What Contact Finder changes

A person, with a reason

Every contact arrives with the role it belongs to and the page it was found on, so you know whether you are writing to the owner, the marketing lead or the front desk before you spend an opener on them.

Verified before you are charged

A credit is spent when a real, deliverable address lands. Masked broker addresses and catch-all noise are rejected rather than sold to you as a find.

The email and the phone

The waterfall reads their published pages, searches the public web for named staff, checks business records, and falls back to the standard pattern for their domain. The same pass collects the phone numbers a live web search can find, so the lead is ready to email or to call.

How it works

Contact Finder in three steps

1

Pick the business

From any scanned business, or one you added yourself. The domain is all the waterfall needs to start.

2

The waterfall runs

Published contact and about pages first, then a live web search for named people at that company, then business records, then the standard address pattern for the domain. Results are deduplicated and ranked by how useful they are for outreach.

3

You get names and sources

Each contact shows the role, where it came from, and whether it verified. Nothing is charged until one of them is real.

Questions

Contact Finder, answered

Where do the contacts come from?

Four sources, tried in order. First the business's own published pages, which is where an owner's address most often sits. Then a live search of the public web for named people at that company, with the page each name came from. Then public business records. Then, as a last resort, the standard address pattern for that domain, which is labelled as a pattern rather than passed off as verified.

What happens if nothing is found?

You are told plainly that nothing verified, and you can retry. A credit is only spent when a real contact lands, so an empty result costs you nothing.

Do you sell or resell contact lists?

No. Nothing is pulled from a purchased database and nothing you unlock is sold on. Each lookup runs live against public sources for the one business you asked about.

How do you know an address is real?

Addresses are checked for deliverability before they are handed over, and known broker or privacy-mask patterns are rejected outright. Anything that only matched a domain pattern is labelled that way so you can decide whether to use it.

Will it find the owner or just a generic inbox?

It aims at a named person with a role, and shows you the role and the source so you can judge. Generic inboxes still appear when that is genuinely all a business publishes, but they are ranked below a named contact rather than presented as equal.

Is this compliant to use for outreach?

The sources are public business contact details, which is the same material you would collect by reading their website yourself. You are still responsible for how you send: your own sending domain, honest identification and an easy way to opt out. Sending is capped and paced to keep that manageable.
