An SEO consultation booking slot on the page that proved the problem, in your hours, in your calendar.
Your hours, your timezone, sitting directly under the video proposal and on every audit page, so the moment a prospect feels the problem there is a slot to take. No third-party scheduler, no second link.
Google Calendar connected in one click. No scheduler subscription to buy.
Meeting Booking, explained in under a minute.
What Meeting Booking changes, and why it matters.
Booked at the moment of impact
The slot picker is on the video page and the audit page. There is no gap between watching the bad news and doing something about it, and no email asking for a time.
Your hours, your Google Calendar
Set working hours once and connect Google Calendar. Prospects only see free slots inside your hours, and each booking lands on its own calendar in your account with the invite sent and a meeting link attached.
The pipeline moves itself
A booking cancels any outreach steps still queued for that business and moves it along your pipeline, so your list always reflects reality.
Meeting Booking, in three steps.
Set your availability
Working hours, meeting length and how much notice you need. It takes a minute and you only do it once.
It appears where it matters
Every video proposal and every audit page you send carries the slot picker, on your branding, on your own link.
They pick, you both get it
The booking is confirmed to both sides, lands on your Google Calendar with the prospect invited, appears in your Meetings screen, stops the sequence, and moves the business along the pipeline.
Meeting Booking, answered.
Do I need a separate scheduling tool?
No. Booking is part of the same workspace, and it appears on the video proposals and audit pages you already send. There is no second subscription and no second link for the prospect to find.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Connect Google under Settings. SellSEO makes one calendar of its own in your account and writes every booking there, with the prospect as a guest and a meeting link. Your existing calendars are only checked for busy time, never read, so a prospect can never book over a meeting you already have.
Whose timezone do prospects see?
Theirs. You set your working hours in your own timezone once, and the picker converts them, so a prospect never has to work out what your afternoon is in their morning.
What stops someone booking outside my hours?
The picker only ever offers slots inside the hours you set, with the notice period you chose. Slots already taken disappear as soon as they are booked.
Does a booking change anything else?
Yes. It cancels every outreach step still queued for that business and moves it along your pipeline, so nobody receives a follow up chasing a call they have already scheduled.
Can prospects cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from the same confirmation they received. The change shows in your Meetings screen straight away.
Does it carry my branding?
Yes. Booking lives inside the video page and the audit page, which are your white label surfaces. The prospect sees your brand throughout.
One workspace, from the first scan to the booked meeting.
