Pitching, pricing and closing SEO retainers.
Most SEO client reports open with sessions and impressions and get skimmed. The ones that get contracts renewed open with money. A page-by-page template, with the three numbers to lead with.
The proposal should be the same argument as the audit, with a price on it. Rebuilding it from a blank template is how the numbers drift and the credibility goes.
An audit nobody reads is worse than no audit. The version that works is short, branded, built from data the prospect can check, and carries a booking button.
